जंग, होर्मुज और तेल सप्लाई... BRICS के मंच से जयशंकर ने गिनाईं चुनौतियां, बताया संकट से निकलने का तरीका
विदेश मंत्री एस. जयशंकर ने BRICS बिजनेस फोरम में वैश्विक चुनौतियों से निपटने का रास्ता बताया. उन्होंने ऐसे नए एनर्जी सिस्टम की जरूरत बताई, जो किसी भी संकट के समय मजबूती से काम कर सके.
BRICS Business Forum: दिल्ली में ऐसे समय BRICS सम्मेलन हो रहा है, जब दुनिया दो बड़ी चुनौतियों से जूझ रही है. एक तरफ अमेरिका की डोनाल्ड ट्रंप सरकार की टैरिफ वॉर से वैश्विक आर्थिक व्यवस्था पर असर पड़ा है, तो दूसरी ओर पश्चिम एशिया की जंग ने ऊर्जा संकट को बढ़ा दिया है. होर्मुज जलडमरूमध्य में अमेरिका और ईरान के बीच तनाव के कारण इस रास्ते से गुजरने वाले जहाजों की आवाजाही भी प्रभावित हुई है. इसका असर तेल और LPG की सप्लाई पर पड़ रहा है.
इसी बीच विदेश मंत्री एस. जयशंकर ने BRICS बिजनेस फोरम में वैश्विक चुनौतियों से निपटने का रास्ता बताया. उन्होंने ऐसे नए एनर्जी सिस्टम की जरूरत बताई, जो किसी भी संकट के समय मजबूती से काम कर सके. इसके साथ ही उन्होंने विकास और आर्थिक मजबूती के लिए देशों और कारोबारों को तेजी से बदलती परिस्थितियों के मुताबिक खुद को तैयार करने की सलाह दी.
दुनिया बड़े बदलाव के दौर से गुजर रही
विदेश मंत्री एस. जयशंकर ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि मौजूदा वैश्विक राजनीतिक और आर्थिक व्यवस्था बड़े बदलाव से गुजर रही है. भू-राजनीतिक तनाव, महामारी और जलवायु से जुड़ी चुनौतियों ने दुनिया की अर्थव्यवस्थाओं के सामने नई मुश्किलें खड़ी की हैं. वहीं तेजी से बढ़ते डिजिटलीकरण और तकनीकी विकास ने विकास, उत्पादकता और आर्थिक विस्तार के नए अवसर भी पैदा किए हैं.

BRICS बिजनेस फोरम को संबोधित करते हुए जयशंकर ने कहा कि वैश्विक अर्थव्यवस्था में जोखिम और अवसर दोनों बढ़ रहे हैं. ऐसे समय में देशों और कारोबारों के लिए आने वाली परिस्थितियों का अनुमान लगाना, बदलाव के हिसाब से खुद को ढालना और तेजी से फैसला लेना पहले से ज्यादा जरूरी हो गया है.

कारोबार के लिए नए साझेदार और बाजार जरूरी
जयशंकर ने कहा कि BRICS देशों के बीच आर्थिक सहयोग का मकसद कारोबारों के लिए नए साझेदार तलाशना और नए बाजारों तक पहुंच बनाना होना चाहिए. इसके साथ ही सप्लाई नेटवर्क को मजबूत करने और देशों की क्षमताओं को व्यावहारिक कारोबारी साझेदारी में बदलने पर भी जोर दिया जाना चाहिए.

उन्होंने कहा कि BRICS के लिए ज्यादा आर्थिक गतिविधि और आर्थिक सुरक्षा का मतलब ज्यादा आत्मनिर्भरता भी है. ऐसा सिस्टम तैयार करना जरूरी है, जो वैश्विक झटकों का सामना कर सके और साथ ही देशों को दुनिया की अर्थव्यवस्था से जोड़े रखे.
ऐसा एनर्जी सिस्टम जो संकट में भी काम करे
विदेश मंत्री ने भरोसेमंद लॉजिस्टिक्स, पारदर्शी व्यापार और निवेश, स्थिर कारोबारी माहौल और अलग-अलग देशों के साथ मजबूत व्यापारिक संबंधों की जरूरत बताई. उन्होंने कहा कि ऊर्जा व्यवस्था भी ऐसी होनी चाहिए, जो सप्लाई में आने वाली रुकावटों और ऊर्जा बदलाव से जुड़ी चुनौतियों का सामना कर सके.
जयशंकर ने कहा कि भारत अपने बड़े और तेजी से बढ़ते बाजार, बढ़ती विनिर्माण क्षमता, बड़ी प्रतिभा शक्ति, डिजिटल अनुभव और मजबूत नवाचार एवं उद्यमिता के आधार पर BRICS में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दे सकता है. उन्होंने कहा कि BRICS बिजनेस फोरम का सबसे अहम योगदान संगठन के अगले चरण के लिए एक स्पष्ट कारोबारी दृष्टिकोण सामने रखना होगा.
