नई दिल्ली : अक्टूबर में भारत की रिटेल महंगाई (CPI) 6.21 प्रतिशत रही, जो भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के 6 प्रतिशत ऊपरी सहनीय स्तर को पार कर गई. मंगलवार को सांख्यिकी और कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार, खाने-पीने की चीजों के दाम 10.87 प्रतिशत पर हैं. सबसे अहम, सब्जियां 42.18 प्रतिशत महंगी हुईं हैं.

ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों के लिए इसी महंगाई दर क्रमशः 6.68 प्रतिशत और 5.62 प्रतिशत रही.

अक्टूबर 2024 के लिए साल-दर-साल आवास महंगाई दर 2.81 प्रतिशत है. सितंबर 2024 यह दर 2.72 प्रतिशत थी. आवास सूचकांक का डेटा केवल शहरी क्षेत्र के लिए जुटाया गया है.

अक्टूबर में दाल, अंडा, चीनी समेत चीजों के दाम में इजाफा

अक्टूबर महीने के दौरान दालों और उत्पादों, अंडों, चीनी और कन्फेक्शनरी व मसालों के दाम में अहम गिरावट देखी गई है. अक्टूबर में खाने-पीने के चीजों महंगाई में वृद्धि मुख्य रूप से सब्जियों, फलों और तेलों व वसा से जुड़ी चीजों के दाम बढ़ने के कारण हुई है.

अगस्त में रिटेल महंगाई 3.65 प्रतिशत थी, जो पिछले 5 सालों में दूसरी बार सबसे कम थी, और तब से यह बढ़ रही है. भारत में नीति निर्माताओं के लिए खाने-पीने की चीजों की कीमतें एक समस्या बनी हुई हैं, जो रिटेल महंगाई को स्थायी आधार पर 4 प्रतिशत पर लाना चाहते हैं. लेकिन आज के मुद्रास्फीति के आंकड़े एक बार फिर साबित करते हैं कि महंगाई मनचाहा टारगेट के मुताबिक नहीं है.

जून को छोड़कर महीने-दर-महीने रिटेल महंगाई में कमी आरबीआई की ओर से लगातार 9वीं बार रेपो दर को जस के तस बनाए रखने के तुरंत बाद हुई. आगे चलकर, सभी की निगाहें खरीफ की फसल के मौसम पर होंगी और रबी की बुवाई की प्रगति पर भी नज़र रहेगी. महंगाई&nbsp;कंट्रोल रखने के लिए आरबीआई ने रेपो दर को 6.5 प्रतिशत पर बनाए रखा है. रेपो दर वह ब्याज दर है जिस पर आरबीआई बाकी बैंकों को उधार देता है.

गुवाहाटी (असम) : असम में बाढ़ की स्थिति में सुधार होने के बावजूद बाजारों में सब्जियों की कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी के कारण लोगों को समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है. 24 जिलों के 12.33 लाख से अधिक लोग अभी भी बाढ़ से प्रभावित हैं. बाढ़ के पानी से राज्य भर में 32,924 हेक्टेयर से अधिक फसल क्षेत्र पानी में डूबे हुए हैं.

व्यापारियों के मुताबिक, असम में बाढ़ की स्थिति के कारण सब्जियों की कीमतें बढ़ गई हैं. बाढ़ से राज्य के कई इलाकों में सब्जियों और फसलों को नुकसान हुआ है और अब सब्जियां राज्य के बाहर से आ रही हैं. कीमतें दिन-ब-दिन बढ़ रही हैं. सब्जियों की कीमत का दायरा बढ़ गया है. इसका असर आम लोगों के साथ-साथ छोटे व्यापारियों पर भी पड़ रहा है.बाढ़ के पानी से राज्यभर में 32,924 हेक्टेयर से अधिक फसल का क्षेत्र पानी में डूबा हुआ है.

राज्य में बाढ़ की स्थिति में थोड़ा सुधार&nbsp;

असम राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (एएसडीएमए) ने कहा, सात और मौतों के साथ, असम में बाढ़ से अब तक मरने वालों की कुल संख्या 90 हो गई है. 
एएसडीएमए की बाढ़ रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है, गोलपाड़ा जिले में नाव पलटने की घटना में पांच लोगों की मौत हो गई, जबकि नागांव और जोरहाट जिले में एक व्यक्ति बाढ़ के पानी में डूब गया. इसके साथ ही अब तक कुल मरने वालों की संख्या 90 हो गई है.राज्य में बाढ़ की स्थिति में थोड़ा सुधार हो रहा है, लेकिन 24 जिलों के 12.33 लाख से अधिक लोग अभी भी बाढ़ से प्रभावित हैं. 2406 गांव और 32924.32 हेक्टेयर फसल क्षेत्र अभी भी पानी में डूबा हुआ है.

अभी भी कुछ जिले बाढ़ के चपेट में

कछार, धुबरी, नागांव, कामरूप, डिब्रूगढ़, गोलाघाट, नलबाड़ी, बारपेटा, धेमाजी, शिवसागर, गोलपारा, जोरहाट, मोरीगांव, लखीमपुर, करीमगंज, दरांग, माजुली, बिस्वनाथ, हैलाकांडी, बोंगाईगांव, दक्षिण सालमारा, चिरांग, तिनसुकिया जिले शामिल हैं.&nbsp;

कामरूप (एम)धुबरी जिले में 3,18,326 लोग प्रभावित हैं, इसके बाद कछार में 1,48,609 लोग, गोलाघाट में 95,277 लोग, नागांव में 88,120 लोग, गोलपारा में 83125 लोग, माजुली में 82,494 लोग, धेमाजी में 73,662 लोग, दक्षिण सालमारा जिले में 63,400 लोग प्रभावित हैं.

राज्य में कई नदियों का जल स्तर अब कम हो रहा है, लेकिन ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी का जल स्तर अभी भी नेमाटीघाट, तेजपुर, धुबरी में, बुरहीदिहिंग नदी चेनिमारी (खोवांग) में, दिसांग नदी नंगलामुराघाट में और कुशियारा नदी में खतरे के निशान से ऊपर बह रही है.
