इस्लामाबाद: पाकिस्तान के अशांत खैबर पख्तूनख्वा क्षेत्र में संघर्ष ने एक नया मोड़ ले लिया है. प्रतिबंधित आतंकी संगठन तहरीक-ए-तालिबान पाकिस्तान (TTP) ने पाकिस्तानी सेना के खिलाफ निर्णायक लड़ाई छेड़ने की घोषणा की है. संगठन के प्रमुख नूर वली महसूद ने हाल ही में जारी एक वीडियो संदेश में पाकिस्तानी जनता से आह्वान किया कि वे सेना के खिलाफ &#39;जिहाद&#39; में शामिल हों. इस ऐलान ने पाकिस्तानी प्रशासन और सेना के लिए नई चुनौती खड़ी कर दी है.

TTP के ऑपरेशन &#39;अल-खंदक&#39; का ऐलान

वीडियो में महसूद ने &#39;ऑपरेशन अल-खंदक&#39; के तहत पाकिस्तानी सेना के खिलाफ संगठित हमले करने की घोषणा की है. उन्होंने सेना पर बलूच और पश्तून समुदायों को निशाना बनाने, उनके प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का दोहन करने और धार्मिक नेताओं की हत्याओं में शामिल होने का आरोप लगाया है.

इसके अलावा, महसूद ने हाल ही में खैबर पख्तूनख्वा में मस्जिद हक्कानिया पर हुए हमले के लिए भी सेना को जिम्मेदार ठहराया. उनका दावा है कि सेना कट्टर धार्मिक संगठनों और विद्वानों को निशाना बना रही है.

पाकिस्तानी सेना की प्रतिक्रिया और संभावित कार्रवाई

इस उग्र बयानबाजी के बीच, पाकिस्तान के सेना प्रमुख जनरल असीम मुनीर, जिन्हें &#39;मुल्ला मुनीर&#39; के नाम से भी जाना जाता है, ने उच्चस्तरीय बैठक कर हालात की समीक्षा की. रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, पाकिस्तानी सेना ने अफगानिस्तान सीमा पार आतंकवादी ठिकानों पर हमले तेज करने की योजना बनाई है. यह कार्रवाई पाकिस्तान और तालिबान-शासित अफगानिस्तान के बीच तनाव को और बढ़ा सकती है.

क्या बढ़ेगा पाकिस्तान-अफगानिस्तान का टकराव?

अगर पाकिस्तान अपनी सैन्य रणनीति के तहत अफगानिस्तान के भीतर हमले करता है, तो यह तालिबान प्रशासन के साथ उसके संबंधों को और खराब कर सकता है. पहले भी अफगान तालिबान और पाकिस्तानी सेना के बीच कई बार संघर्ष हुआ है. ऐसे में, आने वाले दिनों में क्षेत्र में अस्थिरता और बढ़ने की आशंका है.

इस्लामाबाद: पाकिस्तान में हाल ही में आतंकवादी गतिविधियों में तेजी आई है. बलूचिस्तान लिबरेशन आर्मी (BLA) द्वारा ट्रेन हाईजैक की घटना के बाद अब तहरीक-ए-तालिबान पाकिस्तान (TTP) ने भी देश में हमलों की धमकी दी है.

TTP ने एक बयान में कहा कि पाकिस्तानी सेना देश के लिए &lsquo;कैंसर&rsquo; है. इसे सबक सिखाने के लिए &lsquo;ऑपरेशन अल-खंदक&rsquo; चलाएंगे.

TTP का नया अभियान: सुरक्षा पर चुनौती

TTP ने अपने हालिया बयान में पाकिस्तानी सेना को देश के लिए &quot;चुनौती&quot; बताया और इसके खिलाफ &#39;ऑपरेशन अल-खंदक&#39; चलाने की घोषणा की. इस ऑपरेशन के तहत सेना, सुरक्षा बलों और सरकारी संस्थानों को निशाना बनाने की योजना है.

गुरिल्ला युद्ध की तैयारी में TTP

TTP ने यह भी बताया कि वह अपने लड़ाकों को आधुनिक हथियारों और गुरिल्ला युद्ध तकनीकों की ट्रेनिंग दे रहा है. संगठन ने पाकिस्तानी सैन्य ठिकानों पर हमलों के लिए अत्याधुनिक हथियारों के उपयोग की भी बात कही है.

तहरीक-ए-तालिबान पाकिस्तान: एक खतरनाक संगठन

TTP की स्थापना 2007 में बेतुल्लाह मेहसूद ने की थी, जिसमें 13 आतंकी गुटों को शामिल किया गया था. इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य पाकिस्तानी सेना और सरकार के खिलाफ लड़ाई लड़ना है. इस संगठन की जड़ें अफगानिस्तान में भी फैली हुई हैं.

पाकिस्तान पर बढ़ते हमले और वैश्विक चिंताएं

2021 में अफगानिस्तान में तालिबान के सत्ता में लौटने के बाद TTP और अधिक शक्तिशाली हुआ. नवंबर 2022 में संगठन ने पाकिस्तान के साथ युद्धविराम को खत्म कर दिया और तब से हमलों की संख्या में भारी वृद्धि हुई है.

ग्लोबल टेररिज्म इंडेक्स में पाकिस्तान की स्थिति

ग्लोबल टेररिज्म इंडेक्स 2025 के अनुसार, पाकिस्तान आतंकवाद से प्रभावित देशों की सूची में दूसरे स्थान पर पहुंच गया है. 2024 में यह चौथे स्थान पर था.

विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि TTP, BLA और इस्लामिक स्टेट-खोरासन (IS-K) के बीच गठबंधन बनने से देश में अस्थिरता और बढ़ सकती है.

सुरक्षा उपायों की जरूरत

इस बढ़ते खतरे को देखते हुए, पाकिस्तान को अपने सुरक्षा ढांचे को और मजबूत करने की आवश्यकता है. आतंकवादी संगठनों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई और प्रभावी नीतियों को लागू करना बेहद जरूरी है, ताकि देश में स्थिरता और शांति बनी रहे.
