नई दिल्ली : कतर के अमीर शेख तमीम बिन हमद अल थानी सोमवार को दो दिवसीय राजकीय यात्रा पर दिल्ली पहुंचे हैं, इस दौरान वे प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से बातचीत करेंगे.

विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने राष्ट्रीय राजधानी पहुंचने के बाद कतर के अमीर से मुलाकात की.

जयशंकर अमीर को स्वागत को बताया सम्मान की बात

जयशंकर ने एक्स पर एक पोस्ट में कहा, &quot;नई दिल्ली में राजकीय यात्रा पर आए कतर के अमीर महामहिम तमीम बिन हमद अल थानी से मुलाकात कर सम्मानित महसूस कर रहा हूं. कई क्षेत्रों में हमारे सहयोग को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए उनके मार्गदर्शन की सराहना करता हूं. मुझे विश्वास है कि कल पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी के साथ उनकी बातचीत से हमारी दोस्ती के करीबी रिश्ते और मजबूत होंगे.&quot;

इससे पहले, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने दिल्ली के पालम एयरपोर्ट पर कतर के अमीर का स्वागत किया. दोनों नेताओं ने गर्मजोशी से गले मिलकर एक-दूसरे का अभिवादन किया. प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने यात्रा पर आए नेता को &quot;भाई&quot; बताया.

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने X पर एक पोस्ट में कहा,&nbsp;&quot;अपने भाई, कतर के अमीर महामहिम शेख तमीम बिन हमद अल थानी का स्वागत करने के लिए हवाई अड्डे गया. भारत में उनके सफल प्रवास की कामना करता हूं और कल हमारी बैठक की प्रतीक्षा कर रहा हूं.&quot;

कतर के अमीर के साथ एक उच्च स्तरीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल भी आया है, जिसमें मंत्री, वरिष्ठ अधिकारी और एक व्यापारिक प्रतिनिधिमंडल शामिल है. वे इससे पहले मार्च 2015 में राजकीय यात्रा पर भारत आए थे.

राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू अमीर करेंगी औपचारिक स्वागत

कतर के अमीर का 18 फरवरी को राष्ट्रपति भवन में औपचारिक स्वागत किया जाएगा.

अपनी यात्रा के दौरान, अमीर राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू के साथ चर्चा करेंगे, जो उनके सम्मान में एक भोज का आयोजन भी करेंगी.

कतर के अमीर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के साथ द्विपक्षीय संबंधों के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर चर्चा करेंगे.

कतर के अमीर की यात्रा के दौरान भारत-कतर संयुक्त व्यापार मंच की बैठक भी आयोजित की जाएगी. हाल के वर्षों में, व्यापार, निवेश, ऊर्जा, प्रौद्योगिकी, संस्कृति और लोगों के बीच संबंधों सहित दोनों देशों के बीच संबंध लगातार मजबूत हुए हैं.

आधिकारिक विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार, कतर में रहने वाला भारतीय समुदाय देश में सबसे बड़ा प्रवासी समुदाय है और कतर की प्रगति और विकास में इसके सकारात्मक योगदान के लिए इसकी सराहना की जाती है. कतर के अमीर की यात्रा दोनों देशों के बीच बढ़ती बहुमुखी साझेदारी को और गति प्रदान करेगी.

भारत और कतर के बीच बढ़ रहा है लगातार संबंध

ऐतिहासिक रूप से घनिष्ठ संबंधों और दोनों सरकारों के उच्चतम स्तरों सहित नियमित और ठोस जुड़ाव द्वारा प्रदान किए गए ढांचे में विविध क्षेत्रों में भारत-कतर सहयोग लगातार बढ़ रहा है.

रक्षा सहयोग द्विपक्षीय एजेंडे का एक महत्वपूर्ण स्तंभ है. भारत कतर समेत कई साझेदार देशों को अपने रक्षा संस्थानों में ट्रेनिंग स्लॉट प्रदान करता है. भारत कतर में द्विवार्षिक दोहा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समुद्री रक्षा प्रदर्शनी और सम्मेलन (DIMDEX) में नियमित रूप से भाग लेता है. हमारे द्विपक्षीय सहयोग और बातचीत के हिस्से के रूप में भारतीय नौसेना और तटरक्षक जहाज नियमित रूप से कतर का दौरा करते हैं.

कतर के साथ भारत का सहयोग 18.77 बिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर

2022-23 में कतर के साथ भारत का द्विपक्षीय व्यापार 18.77 बिलियन अमरीकी डॉलर था. 2022-23 के दौरान कतर को भारत का निर्यात 1.96 बिलियन अमरीकी डॉलर था और कतर से भारत का आयात 16.8 बिलियन अमरीकी डॉलर था.

कतर के भारत को प्रमुख निर्यातों में एलएनजी, एलपीजी, रसायन और पेट्रोकेमिकल्स, प्लास्टिक और एल्यूमीनियम लेख शामिल हैं, जबकि कतर को भारत के प्रमुख निर्यातों में अनाज, तांबे के लेख, लोहा और इस्पात के लेख, सब्जियां, फल, मसाले और प्रसंस्कृत खाद्य उत्पाद, इलेक्ट्रिकल और अन्य मशीनरी, प्लास्टिक उत्पाद, निर्माण सामग्री, वस्त्र और परिधान, रसायन, कीमती पत्थर और रबर शामिल हैं.
