ब्रसेल्स: भारतीय रक्षा प्रणाली वैश्विक स्तर पर तेजी से अपनी पहचान बना रही है. भारत का रक्षा निर्यात निरंतर बढ़ रहा है और अब यूरोप के देश भी भारतीय हथियारों को अपनाने की ओर अग्रसर हैं. यूक्रेन युद्ध के बीच यूरोप के कई देश अपनी सुरक्षा को लेकर सतर्क हो गए हैं. इसी संदर्भ में, स्पेन ने भारत के स्वदेशी पिनाका मल्टी-बैरल रॉकेट सिस्टम को खरीदने में दिलचस्पी दिखाई है. इससे पहले, आर्मेनिया और फ्रांस भी इस शक्तिशाली रक्षा प्रणाली को हासिल करने की इच्छा जता चुके हैं. भारतीय रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास संगठन (DRDO) द्वारा निर्मित इस प्रणाली का नाम हिंदू पौराणिक कथा में वर्णित भगवान शिव के धनुष &#39;पिनाक&#39; के नाम पर रखा गया है.

यूरोप में पिनाका की बढ़ती मांग

रक्षा क्षेत्र की जानकारी देने वाले पोर्टल IDRW के अनुसार, स्पेन ने पिनाका रॉकेट सिस्टम में रुचि दिखाई है. सोलार डिफेंस कंपनी के चेयरमैन ने इस जानकारी की पुष्टि की है. आर्मेनिया को पहले ही पिनाका सिस्टम की आपूर्ति की जा चुकी है, जबकि फ्रांस के साथ इसे लेकर वार्ता चल रही है. यह संकेत देता है कि भारतीय हथियारों की वैश्विक मांग लगातार बढ़ रही है. सोलार डिफेंस कंपनी पिनाका के निर्माण में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रही है और इसे यूरोपीय बाजार में स्थान दिलाने के प्रयास कर रही है. यदि स्पेन इस सिस्टम को खरीदता है, तो यह उसके मौजूदा सालिम सिस्टम के साथ या उसके स्थान पर तैनात किया जा सकता है.

स्पेन का मौजूदा रक्षा ढांचा

स्पेन पहले ही इजरायल से पल्स रॉकेट सिस्टम खरीद चुका है. साल 2023 में स्पेन ने 70 करोड़ डॉलर की एक डील की थी, जिसके तहत उसे 12 लॉन्चर और सपोर्ट व्हीकल की आपूर्ति 2028 तक पूरी करनी है.

स्पेन का सालिम सिस्टम इजरायल के पल्स सिस्टम पर आधारित है, जो 40 किमी तक 10 रॉकेट दाग सकता है. साथ ही, इसमें 150 किमी तक मार करने वाले अतिरिक्त रॉकेट भी शामिल हैं. इसके बावजूद, स्पेन अपनी आर्टिलरी क्षमता को और मजबूत करने के लिए भारतीय पिनाका सिस्टम को अपनाने पर विचार कर रहा है.

पिनाका की मारक क्षमता

पिनाका एमके-1 की रेंज 38 किमी तक है, जबकि एमके-2 संस्करण 75 किमी तक मार कर सकता है. इसके अलावा, 120 किमी, 150 किमी और 200 किमी रेंज वाले संस्करणों पर भी काम चल रहा है. यह प्रणाली केवल 44 सेकंड में 12 रॉकेट दागने की क्षमता रखती है, जिससे यह बेहद प्रभावी और तेज़ हमला करने वाला हथियार बन जाता है. यदि स्पेन इस प्रणाली को अपनाता है, तो उसकी सैन्य ताकत में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि होगी.

भारत के रक्षा निर्यात में विस्तार

भारत वर्तमान में 100 से अधिक देशों को रक्षा उपकरण निर्यात कर रहा है और पिनाका सिस्टम इस सूची में एक महत्वपूर्ण स्थान रखता है. स्पेन द्वारा इसकी खरीद से न केवल भारतीय रक्षा उद्योग को बढ़ावा मिलेगा, बल्कि भारत की वैश्विक सुरक्षा क्षेत्र में मजबूत उपस्थिति भी स्थापित होगी.
