पाकिस्तान प्रायोजित आतंकवाद का एक और बेशर्म प्रदर्शन करते हुए दो अज्ञात बंदूकधारियों ने जम्मू-कश्मीर के बेहिबाग गांव में एक सेवानिवृत्त भारतीय सेना के सैनिक और उसके परिवार को निशाना बनाया. निर्ममता से किए गए इस बर्बर हमले में पूर्व सैनिक गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया और उसके बाद उसकी मौत हो गई.

तीन वर्षीय बच्चे पर भी गोलियां चलाईं

आतंकवादियों ने पूर्व सैनिक की पत्नी और तीन वर्षीय बच्चे पर भी गोलियां चलाईं, जिससे वे घायल हो गए, जो इस्लामाबाद के इशारे पर काम करने वाले आतंकवादी संगठनों द्वारा हिंसा का एक और शर्मनाक कृत्य है.

सुरक्षा अधिकारियों के अनुसार, हमला सुबह 7:35 बजे हुआ, जब दो हथियारबंद आतंकवादी 39 वर्षीय लांस नायक मंजूर अहमद वाघे (सेवानिवृत्त) के आवास में घुसे और अंधाधुंध गोलीबारी शुरू कर दी. 2021 में अपनी वर्दी को त्यागने से पहले समर्पण के साथ देश की सेवा करने वाले सेवानिवृत्त सैनिक को पेट में गोली लगी, जबकि उनकी पत्नी असीना अख्तर (32) को उनकी बाईं जांघ में गोली लगी. इन आतंकवादियों की बर्बरता को रेखांकित करने वाली एक घटना में सैनिक की रिश्तेदार तीन वर्षीय लड़की मिस साइना हमीद को भी गोली लगी, जिसके दाहिने हाथ में गोली लगी.

असहाय परिवारों और बच्चों को निशाना

आतंकवादी अब असहाय परिवारों और बच्चों को निशाना बना रहे हैं. यह कायरतापूर्ण कृत्य जम्मू और कश्मीर में पाकिस्तान के छद्म युद्ध में एक नए निम्न स्तर को दर्शाता है, जहां आतंकवादी, भारत के सुरक्षा बलों की ताकत को चुनौती देने में असमर्थ, अब डर फैलाने के लिए बेगुनाह परिवारों और बच्चों को निशाना बना रहे हैं. यह हमला पाकिस्तान द्वारा प्रायोजित आतंकवादी समूहों की बर्बरता और नैतिक दिवालियापन की एक कड़ी याद दिलाता है, जो लंबे समय से अंधाधुंध हिंसा का सहारा लेकर क्षेत्र में शांति को बाधित करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं.

सुरक्षा बलों ने तेजी से इलाके की घेराबंदी की और अपराधियों को बेअसर करने के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर तलाशी अभियान शुरू किया. प्रारंभिक रिपोर्टों से पता चलता है कि हमलावर दक्षिण कश्मीर में सक्रिय पाकिस्तान समर्थित आतंकी मॉड्यूल से जुड़े थे, जो घाटी में सामान्य स्थिति बहाल करने के भारत के प्रयासों से जुड़े पूर्व सैनिकों और नागरिकों में भय पैदा करने का प्रयास कर रहा है.

भारत के वीरों पर हमला एक सेवानिवृत्त सैनिक और उसके निर्दोष परिवार, जिसमें एक तीन वर्षीय बच्चा भी शामिल है, को निशाना बनाना इन आतंकवादी समूहों की हताशा और नैतिक शून्यता को उजागर करता है. लांस नायक मंजूर अहमद वाघे ने अपना जीवन राष्ट्र की सेवा के लिए समर्पित कर दिया था, लेकिन सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद उनके घर की सुरक्षा में ही उन पर हमला किया गया.

यह हमला दिग्गजों और उनके परिवारों को निशाना बनाने की बढ़ती प्रवृत्ति को भी उजागर करता है - यह स्पष्ट संकेत है कि पाकिस्तान प्रायोजित आतंकी नेटवर्क भारत के आतंकवाद विरोधी प्रयासों के खिलाफ कोई प्रगति करने में असमर्थ हैं और हिंसा के निम्नतम रूप का सहारा ले रहे हैं. पूर्व सैनिकों को व्यवस्थित तरीके से निशाना बनाना कश्मीर में शांति और स्थिरता के लिए खड़े लोगों को डराने का एक हताश प्रयास है.
