बिहार के भागलपुर जिले से एक चौंकाने वाली खबर सामने आई है. दरअसल, भागलपुर के नवगछिया स्थित जगतपुर में एक आपसी विवाद के कारण केंद्रीय गृह राज्य मंत्री नित्यानंद राय के भांजे की मौत हो गई. इस विवाद में गोलीबारी हुई, जिसमें एक व्यक्ति की जान चली गई और दो अन्य लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए. मृतक की पहचान विश्वजीत के रूप में हुई है, जबकि घायलों में उनका भाई जयजीत और उनकी मां शामिल हैं.

पानी के विवाद को लेकर कहासुनी

जानकारी के अनुसार, गुरुवार को नित्यानंद राय के भांजे विश्वजीत का उनके परिवार के बीच पानी के विवाद को लेकर कहासुनी हुई. यह विवाद धीरे-धीरे बढ़ते हुए गोलीबारी में तब्दील हो गया. गोलीबारी में विश्वजीत की मौत हो गई, जबकि उनकी मां और भाई जयजीत गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए. दोनों को इलाज के लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है, जहां जयजीत की हालत अभी भी गंभीर बताई जा रही है.

मामले की जांच शुरू

घटना की सूचना मिलते ही भागलपुर पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी. पुलिस को स्थानीय लोगों से यह जानकारी मिली कि पानी को लेकर यह विवाद इतना बढ़ गया कि बात गोलीबारी तक पहुंच गई, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप विश्वजीत की मौत हुई. फिलहाल पुलिस मामले की तहकीकात कर रही है, और घटना के बाद से पूरे इलाके में सनसनी फैल गई है.

नई दिल्ली: बजट सत्र के दौरान, केंद्र सरकार ने आतंकवाद और सरकारी कर्मचारियों की सेवा शर्तों से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर अपना रुख स्पष्ट किया. केंद्रीय गृह राज्य मंत्री नित्यानंद राय ने संसद में जानकारी दी कि मोदी सरकार के कार्यकाल में आतंकी घटनाओं में 71% की कमी आई है. उन्होंने कहा, &quot;सरकार की आतंकवाद के प्रति ज़ीरो टॉलरेंस नीति का प्रभाव साफ़ दिखाई दे रहा है. आतंकवादी अब या तो सलाखों के पीछे जा रहे हैं या सुरक्षा बलों की कार्रवाई में मारे जा रहे हैं.&quot;

आतंकवाद के खिलाफ सख्त रुख

राज्यसभा में प्रश्नकाल के दौरान, राय ने विपक्ष के सवालों का जवाब देते हुए कहा कि पहले जहां आतंकवादियों को महिमामंडित किया जाता था और सुविधाएं दी जाती थीं, वहीं अब सरकार ने कठोर नीति अपनाई है. उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि आतंकी गतिविधियों को समर्थन देने वालों के खिलाफ भी कड़ी कार्रवाई की जा रही है.

राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (NIA) को लेकर की जा रही आलोचनाओं पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि एजेंसी के खिलाफ लगाए गए आरोप निराधार हैं. &quot;अगर कोई शिकायतें हैं भी, तो वे उन लोगों की तरफ़ से आई हैं जो आतंकियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई से असहज महसूस कर रहे हैं,&quot; उन्होंने जोड़ा.

विदेशी हमलों की जांच जारी

राय ने बताया कि NIA वर्तमान में लंदन और ओटावा में भारतीय उच्चायोग तथा सैन फ्रांसिस्को में भारतीय वाणिज्य दूतावास पर हुए हमलों की जांच कर रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि इन हमलों के पीछे कौन लोग हैं और उनकी मंशा क्या थी, इसका जल्द खुलासा होगा.

रिटायरमेंट उम्र में बदलाव पर सरकार की सफाई

लोकसभा में केंद्रीय कार्मिक राज्य मंत्री जितेंद्र सिंह ने सरकारी कर्मचारियों की रिटायरमेंट उम्र में बदलाव को लेकर चल रही अटकलों को पूरी तरह से खारिज कर दिया. उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि सरकार इस पर न तो कोई प्रस्ताव विचाराधीन है, न ही कोई नई नीति बनाई जा रही है.

इसके अलावा, उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि रिटायरमेंट के बाद खाली होने वाले पदों को समाप्त करने की कोई सरकारी योजना नहीं है. यह बयान उन चर्चाओं के बीच आया जिसमें दावा किया जा रहा था कि सरकार सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों के स्थान पर नई नियुक्तियां नहीं कर रही है.

राज्यों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आता है रिटायरमेंट डेटा

जितेंद्र सिंह से जब केंद्र और राज्यों में कर्मचारियों की सेवानिवृत्ति की उम्र में अंतर को लेकर सवाल किया गया तो उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार के पास ऐसा कोई केंद्रीकृत डेटा उपलब्ध नहीं है. उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि यह मामला राज्यों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आता है और वे अपने हिसाब से निर्णय लेने के लिए स्वतंत्र हैं.
