पटना : बिहार चुनाव से पहले बुधवार को नीतीश कैबिनेट का विस्तार किया गया है. इसमें बीजेपी के 7 विधायक मंत्री बने हैं. मिथिलांचल से 4 विधायकों को नये कैबिनेट में जगह मिली है. बिहार के मिथिलांचल को बीजेपी का गढ़ माना जाता है, जहां से उसके 70 फीसदी विधायक चुनकर आए हैं. &nbsp;

इसे बिहार चुनाव से पहले एक बड़े प्लान के तौर पर देखा जा रहा है. बीजेपी मिथिलांचल को फिर साधने के प्लान में हैं, जहां से उसके ज्यादातर विधायक आते हैं. यह तमाम समीकरणों को साधने का एक हिस्सा बताया जा रहा है.&nbsp;

सबसे पहले संजय सरावगी ने ली शपथ

शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में सबसे पहले दरभंगा से BJP विधायक संजय सरावगी ने शपथ ली. उन्होंने मैथिली भाषा में शपथ पत्र पढ़ा. उनके बाद बिहारशरीफ के सुनील कुमार, दरभंगा की जाले सीट से जीवेश मिश्रा और मुजफ्फरपुर के साहेबगंज से राजू सिंह ने मंत्री पद की शपथ ली.

इसके अलावा रीगा से मोतिलाल प्रसाद, अमनौर से कृष्ण कुमार (मंटू) और सिकटी से विजय मंडल ने भी मंत्री पद की शपथ ली. इन सभी को राज्यपाल आरिफ मोहम्मद खान ने शपथ दिलाई.

शपथ ग्रहण से पहले BJP कार्यालय पहुंचे विधायक

शपथ लेने से पहले सातों BJP विधायक पार्टी ऑफिस पहुंचे, जहां उन्होंने प्रदेश अध्यक्ष दिलीप जायसवाल से मुलाकात की. इससे पहले अपर मुख्य सचिव एस सिद्धार्थ मंत्रियों की लिस्ट लेकर राजभवन पहुंचे और इसे राज्यपाल के प्रधान सचिव को सौंपा.

मिथिलांचल NDA का मजबूत गढ़

बिहार में मिथिलांचल को NDA का गढ़ माना जाता है. इस क्षेत्र के सीतामढ़ी, शिवहर, मधुबनी, दरभंगा, मुजफ्फरपुर और वैशाली जैसे प्रमुख जिले आते हैं. इन जिलों में 60 विधानसभा सीटें हैं, जिनमें से 2020 के चुनाव में NDA ने 40 सीटें जीती थीं.

BJP नेता दिलीप जायसवाल ने मंत्री पद से दिया इस्तीफा

कैबिनेट विस्तार से पहले राजस्व मंत्री दिलीप जायसवाल ने अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया. उन्होंने कहा, &quot;BJP में एक व्यक्ति, एक पद का नियम लागू है. इसलिए मैंने मुख्यमंत्री को अपना इस्तीफा सौंप दिया. यह मुख्यमंत्री का अधिकार है कि वे कैबिनेट विस्तार में जातीय संतुलन बनाए रखें.&quot;

उन्होंने आगे कहा, &quot;राजस्व विभाग में हमने कई बड़े सुधार किए, जिनमें 14 करोड़ पन्नों को डिजिटलाइज करना शामिल है. भविष्य में भी मेरे कार्यों की चर्चा होगी.&quot;

नीतीश कैबिनेट में 30 मंत्री, 7 सीटें खाली

नीतीश सरकार में अब कुल 30 मंत्री हैं. दिलीप जायसवाल के इस्तीफे के बाद 7 मंत्री पद खाली हो गए हैं. विपक्ष लगातार सरकार को कैबिनेट में खाली पदों और दोहरे विभागों के मुद्दे पर घेरता रहा है.

मंत्रियों के विभागों में हो सकता है बदलाव

कैबिनेट विस्तार के बाद जिन मंत्रियों के पास दो या अधिक विभाग हैं, उनके कुछ विभाग हटाकर नए मंत्रियों को सौंपे जा सकते हैं. इसमें BJP और JDU के बड़े नेताओं के विभागों में भी फेरबदल संभव है.

अब देखने वाली बात होगी कि यह नया कैबिनेट राजनीतिक समीकरणों को कितना संतुलित कर पाता है और आगामी चुनावों पर इसका क्या असर पड़ता है.
