नई दिल्ली रेलवे स्टेशन पर शनिवार रात हुए भीड़-भाड़ वाले हादसे में 18 लोगों की जान चली गई, जिनमें 9 महिलाएं, 4 पुरुष और 5 बच्चे शामिल हैं. यह हादसा महाकुंभ जाने वाले यात्रियों की भारी भीड़ के बीच हुआ, जिसके कारण कई लोग घायल भी हुए हैं. घटना की जांच जारी है और रेलवे प्रशासन ने इस प्रकार की दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाए हैं. यह भीड़ 26 फरवरी तक बनी रह सकती है, जिसके कारण प्रशासन ने तत्काल कार्रवाई की है.

प्लेटफॉर्म टिकट की बिक्री पर रोक&nbsp;

स्टेशन पर भीड़ को नियंत्रित करने के लिए प्लेटफॉर्म टिकट की बिक्री 26 फरवरी तक रोक दी गई है. रेलवे प्रशासन ने जानकारी दी कि महाकुंभ यात्रा के कारण स्टेशन पर यात्रियों की संख्या बहुत ज्यादा है. अब सिर्फ बुजुर्गों के साथ आ रहे परिवार के सदस्य ही स्टेशन में प्रवेश कर सकेंगे.

टिकट चेकिंग के बाद ही प्लेटफॉर्म पर प्रवेश&nbsp;

स्टेशन के बाहर बैरिकेडिंग को बढ़ा दिया गया है. अब यात्रियों को स्टेशन में प्रवेश करने से पहले उनके टिकट की जांच की जाएगी. इसके लिए रेलवे कर्मचारियों और आरपीएफ के जवानों को तैनात किया गया है. यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कि केवल ट्रेन के समय के अनुसार यात्रियों को प्लेटफॉर्म पर जाने दिया जाए, जिससे भीड़ कम हो सके.

ट्रेन आने से पहले क्यू सिस्टम&nbsp;

नई दिल्ली रेलवे स्टेशन पर ट्रेन आने से पहले यात्रियों की लाइनों का इंतजाम किया जा रहा है, खासकर सामान्य और स्लीपर क्लास के कोच में चढ़ने के लिए यात्रियों की भीड़ को नियंत्रित करने के लिए. बिहार और झारखंड जाने वाली ट्रेनों के यात्रियों के लिए भी क्यू व्यवस्था लागू की जा रही है.

स्टेशन के बाहर वेटिंग एरिया&nbsp;

छठ पूजा के दौरान रेलवे स्टेशनों पर यात्री संख्या बढ़ जाती है, जिसे नियंत्रित करने के लिए एक वेटिंग एरिया स्टेशन के बाहर तैयार किया जा रहा है. इस वेटिंग एरिया में वे यात्री रहेंगे जिनकी ट्रेन में देरी हो रही है या जो सामान्य टिकट के साथ यात्रा कर रहे हैं. यात्रियों को ट्रेन आने से पहले सूचित किया जाएगा, जिससे केवल वही यात्री प्लेटफॉर्म पर होंगे जिनकी ट्रेन जल्द ही आने वाली है.

प्लेटफॉर्म 15-16 पर एस्केलेटर बंद&nbsp;

भीड़ को नियंत्रित करने के लिए पुराने SHOs को तैनात किया गया है, जो भीड़ नियंत्रित करने में अनुभव रखते हैं. रेलवे स्टेशन के अंदर जाने और बाहर आने वाले एस्केलेटर को अस्थायी रूप से सीढ़ियों में बदल दिया गया है, क्योंकि एक एस्केलेटर खराब हो गया था. इसके अलावा, स्टेशन के बाहर और भीतर पुलिस और सुरक्षा बलों की तैनाती बढ़ा दी गई है.

क्या है पूरा मामला?

यह घटना तब हुई जब प्रयागराज महाकुंभ जाने वाली एक ट्रेन प्लेटफार्म नंबर 13 पर आ रही थी. बड़ी संख्या में यात्री ट्रेन का इंतजार कर रहे थे, जिससे प्लेटफार्म पर भारी भीड़ जमा हो गई. लोगों की अधिकता के कारण एक दम घुटने जैसी स्थिति बन गई, जिससे कई लोग एक के बाद एक बेहोश हो गए. इस आपातकालीन स्थिति में, रेलवे पुलिस ने चार बेहोश महिलाओं को तुरंत अस्पताल भेजा. अब उनकी हालत स्थिर बताई जा रही है.

हालांकि रेलवे पुलिस ने यह दावा किया कि प्लेटफार्म पर भगदड़ नहीं हुई, समाचार एजेंसी एएनआई ने स्टेशन पर भगदड़ जैसी स्थिति का दावा किया. इस घटना के बाद, फायर ब्रिगेड को घटना स्थल पर बुलाया गया, और फायर विभाग ने पुष्टि की कि 15 लोग घायल हो गए हैं. इन घायलों को नजदीकी अस्पतालों में भर्ती किया गया है, और स्थिति को संभालने के लिए चार फायर ब्रिगेड की गाड़ियां भेजी गईं. फिलहाल, स्थिति नियंत्रण में है.

रेलवे पीआरओ ने बताया कि सप्ताहांत और रविवार के दिन यात्रा के कारण भीड़ ज्यादा थी. उन्होंने यह भी आश्वासन दिया कि कोई ट्रेन रद्द नहीं की गई थी और स्टेशन पर स्थिति अब सामान्य है.
