नई दिल्ली : दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने हाल ही में साल 2000 के मैच फिक्सिंग कांड में बुकी संजीव चावला और टी-सीरीज के कृष्ण कुमार समेत चार आरोपियों के खिलाफ आरोप तय किए हैं. चावला को वर्ष 2020 में यूके से प्रत्यर्पित किया गया था.

अदालत ने कहा कि चावला धोखाधड़ी का मास्टरमाइंड बनकर उभरा है. एक अन्य आरोपी मोहन खट्टर अभी भी फरार है. यह मामला भारत और दक्षिण अफ्रीका की क्रिकेट टीम के बीच मैच फिक्सिंग से जुड़ा है.

साल 2000 में हैंसी क्रोनिए के खिलाफ दर्ज की गई थी एफआईआर

इस मामले में उस समय की दक्षिण अफ्रीकी टीम के कप्तान हैंसी क्रोनिए को भी आरोपी बनाया गया था. हालांकि, उनकी मौत हो गई थी लेकिन उनके खिलाफ कार्यवाही को बढ़ाया गया.

साल 2000 में दिल्ली पुलिस की अपराध शाखा ने हैंसी क्रोनिए के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की थी. जांच के बाद 2013 में छह आरोपियों के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल की गई थी. पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट की अतिरिक्त मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट (एसीजेएम) नेहा प्रिया ने गुरुवार को रिकॉर्ड पर मौजूद सामग्री पर विचार करने के बाद राजेश कालरा, कृष्ण कुमार, सुनील दारा, संजीव चावला और हैंसी क्रोनिए के खिलाफ आरोप तय किए.

एसीजेएम ने 11 जुलाई को आदेश दिया,&nbsp;&quot;इस मामले को देखते हुए, मेरी राय में, राजेश कालरा उर्फ ​​राजेश, कृष्ण कुमार, सुनील दारा उर्फ ​​बिट्टू और संजीव चावला उर्फ ​​संजय के खिलाफ धारा 420 (धोखाधड़ी) आईपीसी के साथ धारा 120 बी (आपराधिक षड्यंत्र) आईपीसी और धारा 120 बी आईपीसी के तहत अपराध के लिए आरोप तय करने के लिए रिकॉर्ड के लिहाज से पर्याप्त सामग्री है. उसी के मुताबिक आरोप तय करने का आदेश दिया जाता है.&quot;

अदालत ने कहा,&nbsp;&quot;रिकॉर्ड पर मौजूद सामग्री दक्षिण अफ्रीका और भारत के बीच 19.02.2000 से 19.03.2000 तक भारत में आयोजित टेस्ट मैचों और एक दिवसीय अंतर्राष्ट्रीय (ओडीआई) क्रिकेट मैचों के दौरान दर्शकों (ऊपर नामित) और बीसीसीआई से संपत्ति की डिलीवरी को लेकर धोखा और बेईमानी से प्रेरित करने की आपराधिक साजिश में उनकी भूमिका के बारे में उनमें से प्रत्येक के खिलाफ गंभीर संदेह पैदा करती है.&quot;

कोर्ट ने कहा- सबूत मिलीभगत की ओर इशारा करते हैं

अदालत ने कहा कि घटनाओं की श्रृंखला, बातचीत का रिकॉर्ड, आचरण और आस-पास की परिस्थितियां आरोपी संजीव चावला द्वारा आरोपी हैंसी क्रोनिए के साथ किए गए सौदों में आरोपी राजेश कालरा, कृष्ण कुमार और सुनील दारा की मिलीभगत को दर्शाती हैं, और यह निष्कर्ष निकलता है कि वे मिलीभगत से काम कर रहे थे और पैसे के लिए क्रिकेट मैचों को फिक्स करने के मुख्य उद्देश्य में सह-भागीदार थे.

अदालत ने कहा कि संजीव चावला मुख्य साजिशकर्ता और मास्टरमाइंड के रूप में सामने आया.

अदालत ने आदेश में कहा, &quot;रिकॉर्ड पर मौजूद सामग्री और विश्लेषण से आरोपी संजीव चावला धोखाधड़ी के अपराध के पीछे मुख्य साजिशकर्ता और मास्टरमाइंड के रूप में सामने आया है.&quot; इसमें आगे कहा गया, &quot;उसने सबसे सक्रिय भूमिका निभाई और आरोपी हैंसी क्रोनिए और अन्य आरोपी व्यक्तियों के बीच महत्वपूर्ण कड़ी के रूप में काम किया. वह मैचों के परिणाम में हेरफेर करने, अन्य टीम के खिलाड़ियों को शामिल करने, हैंसी क्रोनिए और अन्य खिलाड़ियों के लिए पैसा फिक्स करने और लगातार कॉल के साथ-साथ व्यक्तिगत बैठकों के माध्यम से हैंसी क्रोनिए के साथ बातचीत करने में शामिल था. वह पूरे दौरे के दौरान हैंसी क्रोनिए के साथ एक ही होटल में रहकर ज्यादातर टूर्नामेंट में हैंसी क्रोनिए के साथ छाया की तरह घूमता रहा. यहां तक ​​कि जब वह देश से बाहर था, तब भी वह फोन पर लगातार संपर्क में था.&quot;

कृष्ण कुमार की भूमिका पर अदालत ने कहा, &quot;चार्जशीट से पता चलता है कि आरोपी कृष्ण कुमार भी आरोपी संजीव चावला के साथ 20.02.2000 को होटल ताज, मुंबई गए और उसके क्रेडिट कार्ड का इस्तेमाल कर उसके लिए एक कमरा बुक किया, जिसमें आरोपी संजीव चावला और आरोपी हैंसी क्रोनिए ने मैच फिक्स करने की साजिश रची. होटल के कर्मचारियों के बयान इसकी पुष्टि करते हैं.&quot;

अदालत ने कहा, &quot;आरोपी संजीव चावला ने बैंगलोर और कोचीन में (मैच के दिनों में और उसके आस-पास) कई बार अपने सेल फोन का इस्तेमाल मैच फिक्सिंग से जुड़ी चर्चाओं के लिए आरोपी हैंसी क्रोनए के साथ बातचीत के लिए किया.&quot;

अदालत ने आगे कहा कि उसने आरोपी राजेश कालरा को रोमिंग सिम वाले सेल फोन की जरूरत के बारे में भी बताया, जिसे बाद में आरोपी उसने खरीदा, आरोपी संजीव चावला ने आरोपी हैंसी क्रोनए को सौंपा और आरोपी संजीव चावला के साथ मैच फिक्सिंग डील करने के लिए आरोपी हैंसी क्रोए ने इसका इस्तेमाल किया. आरोपी राजेश कालरा की भूमिका के बारे में अदालत ने कहा कि जहां तक ​​उसका सवाल है, लगातार टेलीफोन पर बातचीत के अलावा, उस पर 14.03.2000 को होटल ताज पैलेस, नई दिल्ली में आरोपी संजीव चावला के साथ आरोपी हैंसी क्रोनए से मिलने का भी आरोप है. कॉल डिटेल्स इससे मेल खाती हैं.

अदालत ने आगे कहा कि उस पर अपने नाम से एक मोबाइल कनेक्शन लेने का भी आरोप है और उसे आरोपी संजीव चावला के जरिए आरोपी हैंसी क्रोनए को सौंपा गया. किंग्स कमीशन की रिपोर्ट भी इसी बात की पुष्टि करती है. मौजूदा मामला क्राइम ब्रांच द्वारा जबरन वसूली के एक मामले की जांच के दौरान प्रकाश में आया. रमाकांत गुप्ता नामक व्यक्ति ने आरोप लगाया कि उसे दुबई की शाहीन हैथली से जबरन वसूली के लिए कॉल आ रहे थे.
