दिल्ली-एनसीआर में शुक्रवार दोपहर को भूकंप के तेज झटके महसूस किए गए. भूकंप के झटके रुक-रुक कर लगातार महसूस हो रहे थे, और इसका केंद्र म्यांमार बताया जा रहा है, जहां भूकंप की तीव्रता 7.2 थी. पश्चिम बंगाल, बिहार, झारखंड, उत्तर प्रदेश, ओडिशा, मध्य प्रदेश सहित देश के कई हिस्सों में भी भूकंप के झटके महसूस किए गए. लोग घबराए हुए थे, खासकर हाई-राइज बिल्डिंग में रहने वाले लोग ज्यादा डरते हुए खुले स्थानों की ओर दौड़े. हालांकि, भारत में इसका असर म्यांमार और बांग्लादेश के मुकाबले कम था.

भारत के नॉर्थ-ईस्ट में भी भूकंप का असर बहुत तेज था. मिजोरम, मेघालय, त्रिपुरा, असम और सिक्किम में लोग भूकंप के तेज झटके महसूस कर रहे थे. वहां लोगों के घर भी झकझोरते हुए नजर आए, लेकिन अब तक किसी जान-माल के नुकसान की खबर नहीं आई है.

अगर भूकंप आए, तो इन 5 बातों का ध्यान रखें:

फर्नीचर के नीचे छिपें: अगर तेज झटके महसूस हों, तो घर में मौजूद मजबूत फर्नीचर या टेबल के नीचे बैठ जाएं और सिर पर हाथों को रख लें. अगर हल्के झटके हों, तो फर्श पर बैठ जाएं.

हाई-राइज बिल्डिंग में रहें: अगर आप ऊंची इमारत में रहते हैं, तो भूकंप के झटके महसूस होते समय घर के अंदर ही रहें. जब झटके रुक जाएं, तो फिर बिल्डिंग से बाहर निकलें.

बिल्डिंग के पास ना जाएं: जब आप बिल्डिंग से बाहर निकलें, तो इमारत से काफी दूर खड़े हों, ताकि अगर इमारत गिरे, तो आपको कोई नुकसान न हो.

लिफ्ट का इस्तेमाल ना करें: अगर आप ऊंची इमारत में हैं, तो हमेशा सीढ़ियों से नीचे जाएं. लिफ्ट का इस्तेमाल न करें, क्योंकि भूकंप के दौरान पावर कट हो सकता है और आप लिफ्ट में फंस सकते हैं.

सुरक्षित स्थान पर रहें: बिल्डिंग के पास बिजली के खंभे, पेड़, तार, फ्लाईओवर, पुल या भारी वाहन के पास खड़े न हों.

ड्राइव करते समय: अगर आप गाड़ी चला रहे हैं, तो गाड़ी को रोककर उसमें ही बैठें. गाड़ी को किसी खुली जगह पर खड़ा करें ताकि न केवल आपको बल्कि आपकी गाड़ी को भी कोई नुकसान न हो.

दिल्ली में भूकंप के झटके, म्यांमार था केंद्र; रिएक्टर स्केल पर 7.2 थी तीव्रता

नई दिल्लीः सोमवार सुबह दिल्ली-एनसीआर में आए 4.0 तीव्रता के भूकंप ने लोगों को हिलाकर रख दिया. भूकंप के झटके इतने तेज थे कि कई लोग डर के मारे घरों से बाहर निकल आए. राष्ट्रीय भूकंप विज्ञान केंद्र (NCS) के मुताबिक, भूकंप की वजह &quot;इन-सीटू मटेरियल हेट्रोजेनिटी&quot; थी, जिसका मतलब है कि जमीन के नीचे अलग-अलग तरह की मिट्टी, चट्टानें और खनिज पदार्थ मौजूद होते हैं, जिनकी वजह से भूकंप के झटके अलग-अलग तरीके से महसूस होते हैं. यह भूकंप के सामान्य प्लेट टेक्टोनिक्स से हटकर एक अलग कारण था, जिससे दिल्ली में भूकंप का खतरा बढ़ जाता है.

&#39;दिल्ली में ऐसा नहीं हुआ...&#39;

एक वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक ने PTI को बताया कि सोमवार सुबह दिल्ली में आए भूकंप के झटके क्षेत्र की भौगोलिक संरचना में बदलाव के कारण थे. यानी कि जमीन के नीचे मौजूद अलग-अलग प्रकार की मिट्टी और चट्टानें भूकंप के झटकों को तेज कर देती हैं. उदाहरण के तौर पर, अगर कहीं ढीली मिट्टी है और कहीं सख्त चट्टानें हैं, तो भूकंप के झटके अलग-अलग तीव्रता से महसूस होंगे.

यह भूकंप 4.0 तीव्रता का था, जो सामान्यतः मध्यम माना जाता है, लेकिन इसकी गहराई सिर्फ 5 किमी थी और यह घनी आबादी वाले इलाकों के पास आया था, जिससे इसका असर अधिक महसूस हुआ. अगर भूकंप जमीन के नीचे गहरी जगह से आता, तो उसके झटके सतह तक पहुंचते-पहुंचते कमजोर हो जाते, लेकिन दिल्ली में ऐसा नहीं हुआ.

इस कारण महसूस किए गए तेज झटके

एनसीएस के निदेशक ओपी मिश्रा ने PTI को बताया कि भूकंप की गहराई कम होने के कारण झटके तेज महसूस हुए. उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि यह भूकंप स्थानीय भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों से जुड़ा था, न कि प्लेट टेक्टोनिक्स से. मिश्रा के अनुसार, &quot;लोगों का घबराना स्वाभाविक था, क्योंकि अचानक जमीन हिलने से हर किसी को डर लगना स्वाभाविक है.&quot; उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि इस भूकंप के बाद छोटे आफ्टरशॉक्स आ सकते हैं, जिनकी तीव्रता 1.0 से 1.2 तक हो सकती है.

बिहार में भूकंप की वजह कुछ और?

भूकंप का केंद्र धौला कुआं के झील पार्क के पास था, और इस वजह से आस-पास के इलाकों में तेज आवाजें सुनाई दीं, जैसे जमीन खिसक रही हो. दिल्ली में आए भूकंप के कुछ घंटों बाद, लगभग 8:02 बजे बिहार में भी भूकंप के झटके महसूस किए गए. यह भूकंप भी 10 किमी की गहराई से आया था, लेकिन अब तक किसी के हताहत होने या नुकसान की कोई खबर नहीं आई है.

हालांकि, ओपी मिश्रा ने स्पष्ट किया कि दिल्ली और बिहार में आए भूकंप आपस में जुड़े हुए नहीं हैं. उनका कहना था कि यह घटनाएं चट्टानों की कतरनी ताकत पर निर्भर करती हैं, जो दोनों राज्यों में अलग-अलग होती हैं. इस वजह से भूकंप के झटके दोनों जगहों पर अलग-अलग तरीके से महसूस होते हैं.
