नई दिल्ली: हाल ही में पाकिस्तान ने अपनी वायुसेना को तीन-स्तरीय संरचना में पुनर्गठित किया है. इसमें निचले और मध्य स्तर पर JF-17 ब्लॉक 3, मध्य और ऊपरी स्तर पर J-10C और सबसे ऊपरी स्तर पर J-35 स्टील्थ फाइटर जेट को शामिल करने की योजना बनाई गई है. हालांकि, पहली नजर में यह पाकिस्तान के लिए एक बड़ी उपलब्धि लगती है, लेकिन गहराई से देखने पर यह भारतीय वायुसेना के लिए फायदेमंद साबित हो सकता है.

पाकिस्तानी वायुसेना की तीन-स्तरीय संरचना

JF-17 Block 3 (निचला/मध्य स्तर)

<ul>
	<li>चीन और पाकिस्तान द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से विकसित किया गया यह हल्का, सिंगल-इंजन मल्टी-रोल फाइटर जेट है.</li>
	<li>AESA रडार, उन्नत एवियोनिक्स और आधुनिक हथियार प्रणालियों से लैस है.</li>
	<li>पाकिस्तान इसे पुराने मिराज 3 और F-7P विमानों की जगह इस्तेमाल कर रहा है.</li>
	<li>फिलहाल 50 से अधिक JF-17 ब्लॉक 3 विमान सेवा में हैं, और इसे 100 तक बढ़ाने की योजना है.</li>
</ul>

J-10C (मध्य/ऊपरी स्तर)

<ul>
	<li>पूरी तरह से चीन में विकसित यह 4.5 जेनरेशन का फाइटर जेट है.</li>
	<li>इसमें AESA रडार और PL-15 जैसी लंबी दूरी की मिसाइलें शामिल हैं.</li>
	<li>पाकिस्तान ने इसे भारतीय राफेल फाइटर जेट को टक्कर देने के लिए खरीदा है.</li>
	<li>फिलहाल 25 विमान सेवा में हैं, और इसे 50 तक बढ़ाने की योजना है.</li>
</ul>

J-35 (ऊपरी स्तर)

<ul>
	<li>यह चीन का नवीनतम फिफ्थ-जेनरेशन स्टील्थ फाइटर जेट है.</li>
	<li>पाकिस्तान इसे 2030 तक खरीदने की योजना बना रहा है, लेकिन इसकी वित्तीय और तकनीकी चुनौतियां स्पष्ट हैं.</li>
	<li>स्टील्थ तकनीक और उन्नत सेंसर से लैस, लेकिन इसके रखरखाव की जटिलताएं पाकिस्तान के लिए समस्या बन सकती हैं.</li>
</ul>

पाकिस्तानी वायुसेना की प्रमुख चुनौतियां

कम ऑपरेशनल रेट:

<ul>
	<li>JF-17 Block 3 का ऑपरेशनल रेट केवल 60-65% है, जो इसकी विश्वसनीयता पर सवाल उठाता है.</li>
	<li>J-10C का ऑपरेशनल रेट 65-70% के बीच है, और छोटे बेड़े के कारण इसकी प्रभावशीलता सीमित है.</li>
	<li>J-35 का भविष्य अभी अनिश्चित है, और इसका रखरखाव बेहद खर्चीला साबित हो सकता है.</li>
</ul>

सप्लाई चेन निर्भरता:

पाकिस्तान अपने सभी उन्नत फाइटर जेट्स के लिए पूरी तरह से चीन पर निर्भर है.

	<li>JF-17 के इंजन के लिए रूस पर निर्भरता भी लॉजिस्टिक देरी का कारण बन सकती है.</li>
	<li>J-10C के WS-10 इंजन की विश्वसनीयता संदेह के घेरे में है.</li>
	<li>J-35 के लिए नई तकनीक की आवश्यकता होगी, जिससे रखरखाव की जटिलताएं बढ़ सकती हैं.</li>

भारतीय वायुसेना को क्या फायदा?

रणनीतिक लाभ:

<ul>
	<li>पाकिस्तान के पास केवल चीनी फाइटर जेट्स होने के कारण, भारतीय वायुसेना को एक ही तकनीक के खिलाफ रणनीति बनानी होगी, जिससे उसे अधिक लाभ मिलेगा.</li>
	<li>चीन और पाकिस्तान का वायुसेना गठबंधन होने के बावजूद, उनके विमानों की विविधता सीमित है, जबकि भारत के पास अलग-अलग स्रोतों से कई उन्नत विमान हैं.</li>
</ul>

बेहतर ऑपरेशनल क्षमताएं:

<ul>
	<li>भारतीय वायुसेना के पास Su-30 MKI (रूस), राफेल और मिराज 2000 (फ्रांस) और तेजस (स्वदेशी) जैसे विविध विमान हैं.</li>
	<li>भारत की स्वदेशी उत्पादन क्षमताएं उसे अधिक आत्मनिर्भर बनाती हैं, जिससे लॉजिस्टिक और मेंटेनेंस में कोई बड़ी समस्या नहीं आती.</li>
</ul>

संख्यात्मक लाभ:

<ul>
	<li>पाकिस्तान किसी भी ऑपरेशन के दौरान केवल 70-75 फाइटर जेट्स को ऑपरेशनल रख सकता है.</li>
	<li>भारत के पास 250 से अधिक Su-30 MKI, 36 राफेल और लगातार बढ़ते तेजस जेट्स का बेड़ा है.</li>
	<li>भारत जल्द ही MRFA कार्यक्रम के तहत 114 नए फाइटर जेट्स खरीदने की योजना बना रहा है.</li>
</ul>

पाकिस्तान के चीनी फाइटर जेट्स पर निर्भरता ने उसकी वायुसेना की क्षमता को सीमित कर दिया है. ऑपरेशनल रेट्स, मेंटेनेंस और सप्लाई चेन की दिक्कतें इसे कमजोर बना रही हैं. इसके विपरीत, भारतीय वायुसेना अपनी विविधता, आत्मनिर्भरता और बेहतर लॉजिस्टिक सपोर्ट के कारण कहीं अधिक प्रभावशाली बनी हुई है.
