सोनीपत: हरियाणा के सोनीपत जिले के खरखौदा इलाके में एक बिना लाइसेंस चल रही एंटीबायोटिक दवा फैक्ट्री का भंडाफोड़ हुआ है. फूड एंड ड्रग एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन (एफडीए) की टीम ने वरिष्ठ ड्रग कंट्रोल अधिकारी राकेश दहिया के नेतृत्व में इस गुप्त फैक्ट्री पर छापा मारा. फैक्ट्री में पेंटाप्राजोल, सिफैक्जीम-200 (माइकोसेफ-एलबी 200), एजिथ्रोमाइसीन-200 (रिक-200) और एमोक्सी क्लेवम जैसी दवाओं का निर्माण किया जा रहा था.

लंबे समय से चल रही थी निगरानी

एफडीए की टीम को इस फैक्ट्री के बारे में गुप्त सूचना मिल रही थी, जिसके आधार पर सोमवार को कार्रवाई की गई. इस छापेमारी में वरिष्ठ ड्रग कंट्रोल अधिकारी राकेश दहिया, ड्रग इंस्पेक्टर संदीप हुड्डा, मुंशी राम और पानीपत से ड्रग इंस्पेक्टर पवन शामिल थे. जब टीम मौके पर पहुंची तो वहां अवैध रूप से दवा निर्माण का काम चल रहा था.

जीजा-साला चला रहे थे फैक्ट्री

फैक्ट्री के मालिक की पहचान राजस्थान निवासी मनोज के रूप में हुई है, जो उस समय मौके पर मौजूद नहीं था. हालांकि, उसकी फैक्ट्री की देखरेख कर रहे सिरसा निवासी योगेश को हिरासत में लिया गया. पूछताछ के दौरान पता चला कि हिमाचल प्रदेश की तीन दवा कंपनियों के लिए यहां उत्पादन किया जा रहा था. टीम ने दवाओं की गुणवत्ता जांच के लिए छह सैंपल इकट्ठे किए हैं.

मशीनें और दवाएं सील

कार्रवाई के दौरान एफडीए टीम ने फैक्ट्री में इस्तेमाल हो रही मशीनों, कच्चे माल और तैयार दवाओं को जब्त कर सील कर दिया. पकड़ी गई दवाओं के बॉक्स पर मुंबई की मैक्स सेल लाइफ केयर और हिमाचल प्रदेश के जिला सोलन, तहसील नालागढ़ स्थित पैराडाक्स फार्मास्यूटिकल कंपनी का नाम छपा था.

बड़े पैमाने पर हो रही थी सप्लाई

औषधि विभाग के अधिकारी पवन कुमार ने बताया कि फिरोजपुर बांगर इलाके में अवैध रूप से संचालित इस फैक्ट्री से बड़ी मात्रा में नकली दवाएं बरामद की गई हैं. योगेश ने पूछताछ में खुलासा किया कि उसका जीजा मनोज ही इस पूरे रैकेट का मास्टरमाइंड है. अब यह जांच की जा रही है कि यह गिरोह दवा बनाने के लिए सामग्री कहां से जुटाता था और इसकी सप्लाई किन स्थानों पर की जाती थी.
