राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति के अंतर्गत तीन भाषा फॉर्मूले को लेकर केंद्र सरकार और तमिलनाडु सरकार के बीच विवाद जारी है. तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री, एमके स्टालिन, इस मुद्दे पर लगातार केंद्र सरकार पर निशाना साध रहे हैं. अब इस मामले पर केंद्रीय मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव की भी प्रतिक्रिया सामने आई है. एक कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि तमिल काफी मधुर भाषा है. इस दौरान उन्होंने बताया भी कि तमिल में उन्हें सिर्फ तीन शब्द आते हैं.&nbsp;

केंद्रीय मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव का बयान

इस विवाद के बीच केंद्रीय मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ने अपना बयान दिया है. उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की सोच है कि देश में सभी भाषाओं को समान तवज्जो मिलनी चाहिए. उनका मानना है कि राज्यों में साइन बोर्ड और अन्य जानकारी सिर्फ एक भाषा में नहीं, बल्कि अन्य भाषाओं में भी होनी चाहिए ताकि किसी को भी कोई परेशानी न हो.

तमिल भाषा की कद्र पर केंद्रीय मंत्री का वक्तव्य

शनिवार (15 मार्च) को श्रीपेरंबदूर में जेटवर्क इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स की सातवीं विनिर्माण सुविधा के उद्घाटन के दौरान वैष्णव ने कहा कि &quot;तमिल एक बहुत प्राचीनतम भाषा है, जिसे हमें पूरी कद्र करनी चाहिए. हम सभी के दिल में इस भाषा और संस्कृति के लिए बहुत आदर है, यह एक विश्व स्तरीय धरोहर है.&quot; उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि वह भाग्यशाली हैं कि उन्हें आईआईटी कानपुर में पढ़ाई के दौरान एक प्रोफेसर सदगोपन मिले, जिन्होंने उन्हें तमिल भाषा सिखाई.

तमिल भाषा से शुरू किया मंत्री ने अपना भाषण

अपने भाषण की शुरुआत में मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ने तमिल भाषा में पारंपरिक &#39;वणक्कम&#39; (नमस्ते) से श्रोताओं का अभिवादन किया. इसके बाद उन्होंने कहा, &ldquo;तमिल एक बहुत ही मधुर भाषा है, मैं केवल तीन शब्द जानता हूं &ndash; वणक्कम, एप्पाडी इरुकेंगा (आप कैसे हैं) और नांद्री (धन्यवाद).&rdquo;

डीएमके का विरोध

द्रविड़ मुनेत्र कड़गम (डीएमके) सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (एनईपी) के तहत तीन भाषा फॉर्मूले का विरोध किया है. डीएमके अध्यक्ष और मुख्यमंत्री एमके स्टालिन का कहना है कि यह नीति केंद्र सरकार द्वारा हिंदी थोपने की कोशिश है. उनका कहना है कि राज्य किसी भाषा के खिलाफ नहीं है और अगर कोई विशेष भाषा सीखना चाहता है, तो वह उस पर कोई आपत्ति नहीं करेगा, लेकिन वह मातृभाषा तमिल को नष्ट करने की अनुमति नहीं देंगे और न ही किसी अन्य भाषा को हावी होने देंगे.

बेंगलुरु (कर्नाटक) : रेल मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ने रविवार को बेंगलुरू में बीईएमएल में वंदे स्लीपर कोच का निरीक्षण किया. निरीक्षण के बाद वैष्णव ने संवाददाताओं से कहा, &quot;हमें तीन महीने बाद वंदे स्लीपर कोच के यात्री परिचालन की उम्मीद है. यह पूर्ण स्लीपर संस्करण है. &nbsp;मंत्री ने कहा कि वंदे स्लीपर कोच का निर्माण पूरा हो चुका है और यह आने वाले कुछ दिनों में बीईएमएल कारखाने से निकलेगा.

सभी को था इस वंदे भारत का इंतजार

&quot;जैसा कि आप जानते हैं कि वंदे भारत चेयर-कार की सफलता के बाद, हम आज एक बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण यात्रा शुरू कर रहे हैं, वंदे स्लीपर का निर्माण और डिजाइनिंग कुछ ऐसा था जिसका हम सभी को इंतजार था. &nbsp;हम सभी इसके निर्माण पर काम कर रहे थे. यह निर्माण पूरा हो चुका है. &nbsp;आने वाले दिनों में वंदे स्लीपर बीईएमएल कारखाने से निकलेगा.

नई ट्रेन का डिजाइन बनाना था जटिल

उन्होंने कहा, &quot;यह एक लंबी यात्रा थी. नई ट्रेन का डिजाइन बनाना जटिल काम है. &nbsp;वंदे स्लीपर में कई नई विशेषताएं हैं. &nbsp;उन्होंने कहा कि वंदे भारत चेयर-कार, वंदे स्लीपर, वंदे मेट्रो और अमृत भारत भारत में लोगों के यात्रा करने के तरीके को बदल देंगे. उन्होंने कहा, &quot;ये परियोजनाएं प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में महत्वाकांक्षी भारत को दर्शाती हैं. &nbsp;

इससे पहले दिन में वैष्णव ने बीईएमएल में मानक और ब्रॉड गेज रोलिंग स्टॉक निर्माण के लिए एक नए हैंगर की आधारशिला रखी. बीईएमएल में कार्यक्रम के बाद वैष्णव आज दोपहर 2 बजे मल्टी-डिसिप्लिनरी डिवीजनल ट्रेनिंग इंस्टीट्यूट (एमडीडीटीआई), बेंगलुरु (रेलवे प्रशिक्षण केंद्र) में प्रशिक्षुओं और कर्मचारियों से बातचीत करेंगे.

1964 में हुई BEML लिमिटेड की स्थापना

BEML लिमिटेड (पूर्व में भारत अर्थ मूवर्स लिमिटेड) की स्थापना मई 1964 में अपने बेंगलुरू परिसर में रेल कोच और स्पेयर पार्ट्स और खनन उपकरण के निर्माण के लिए एक सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम के रूप में की गई थी. कंपनी की वेबसाइट के अनुसार, कंपनी दोनों एक्सचेंजों (बीएसई और एनएसई) में सूचीबद्ध है, जिसमें भारत सरकार की 54.03% हिस्सेदारी है और शेष 44.97% हिस्सेदारी वित्तीय संस्थानों, विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशकों, बैंकों, जनता और कर्मचारियों के पास है.
