बर्लिन/नई दिल्ली : जर्मनी में फ्रेडरिक मर्त्ज के अगले चांसलर बनने की संभावना है. आम चुनावों में उनकी दक्षिणपंथी पार्टी क्रिश्चियन डेमेक्रेटिक (CDU) सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बनकर उभरी है. इसी पार्टी के फ्रेडरिक मर्त्ज नेता हैं. इनकी नीतियां पूर्व चांसलर एंजेला मार्केल के मुकाबले ज्यादा अक्रामक मानी जाती हैं.&nbsp;

मर्त्ज और ट्रंप में समानताएं

मर्त्ज, अमेरिका के कट्टर समर्थक माने जाते हैं, लेकिन वे यूरोप और यूक्रेन पर ट्रंप के बयानों से असहमत रहे हैं. हालांकि, दोनों में एक समानता जरूर है&mdash;&quot;नेशन फर्स्ट&quot; की सोच.

- अवैध अप्रवासियों पर ट्रंप जैसे सख्त नियम लागू करने के पक्षधर हैं. 
- जर्मनी में गांजे को दोबारा बैन करना चाहते हैं. 
- NATO जैसी स्वतंत्र सुरक्षा व्यवस्था यूरोप में विकसित करने पर जोर दे रहे हैं.

1. अप्रवासियों पर सख्त नीति, ट्रंप की तरह कट्टर रुख

जर्मनी में हाल के वर्षों में अवैध अप्रवासियों की संख्या तेजी से बढ़ी है, जिससे अपराध दर में भी इजाफा हुआ है. मर्त्ज इस मुद्दे पर सख्त कानून लाने के पक्ष में हैं. 
- अवैध अप्रवासियों को डिपोर्ट करने के सख्त नियम बनाने की योजना. 
- शरणार्थी नीति को सख्त करने पर जोर. 
- यूरोप में अनियंत्रित आप्रवासन को रोकने के लिए पांच पॉइंट प्लान तैयार किया है.

2. जर्मनी में गांजा दोबारा बैन करेंगे

2023 में जर्मनी सरकार ने गांजे के व्यक्तिगत उपयोग को कानूनी रूप से मंजूरी दी थी, जिससे यह यूरोप का सबसे बड़ा देश बना जहां गांजा वैध हुआ. 
- 18+ लोगों को 25 ग्राम तक गांजा रखने और घर में 3 पौधे उगाने की अनुमति दी गई थी. 
- सरकार ने कहा था कि यह नशे की लत और काले बाजार को रोकने में मदद करेगा.

लेकिन मर्त्ज मानते हैं कि इससे ड्रग्स से जुड़े अपराध बढ़े हैं और गैंग वॉर में इजाफा हुआ है.

-उन्होंने चुनावी अभियान के दौरान ऐलान किया कि वे गांजा को दोबारा अवैध करेंगे.

3. यूरोप को अमेरिका से स्वतंत्र करने की योजना

मर्त्ज का मानना है कि यूरोप को अपनी सुरक्षा अमेरिका के भरोसे नहीं छोड़नी चाहिए. 
- NATO जैसी स्वतंत्र सुरक्षा व्यवस्था यूरोप में विकसित करने की वकालत की. 
- ब्रिटेन और फ्रांस से न्यूक्लियर सुरक्षा साझेदारी की संभावना पर चर्चा की. 
- रूस-यूक्रेन युद्ध पर अमेरिका के रुख से असहमत, यूरोपीय सुरक्षा को प्राथमिकता देने की बात कही.

4. यूरोप को एकजुट करना और यूक्रेन को समर्थन

मर्त्ज का फोकस यूरोप को आंतरिक और बाहरी चुनौतियों से बचाने पर है. 
- यूरोप के राजनीतिक और सैन्य गठबंधन को मजबूत करने की योजना. 
- अमेरिका-रूस के बीच यूक्रेन पर किसी भी बिना चर्चा वाले समझौते का विरोध किया.

फ्रेडरिक मर्त्ज का करियर सफर

- कॉर्पोरेट वकील के रूप में करियर की शुरुआत की. 
- 1972 में CDU पार्टी से जुड़े और 1994 में संसद सदस्य बने. 
- 2000 में संसदीय नेता बने, लेकिन 2005 में एंजेला मर्केल के सत्ता में आने के बाद उन्हें&nbsp; 
पार्टी से बाहर कर दिया गया. 
- 2009 में राजनीति से संन्यास लेकर कॉर्पोरेट सेक्टर में गए. 
- 2018 में राजनीति में वापसी, 2022 में CDU अध्यक्ष बने और अब चांसलर पद के संभावित दावेदार हैं.

क्या फ्रेडरिक मर्त्ज जर्मनी की राजनीति को नया मोड़ देंगे?

मर्त्ज की अति-दक्षिणपंथी नीतियां जर्मनी के राजनीतिक भविष्य को एक नए रास्ते पर ले जा सकती हैं. उनके फैसले अप्रवासन, ड्रग्स नीति और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर दूरगामी प्रभाव डाल सकते हैं. अब देखना यह है कि क्या वे चांसलर बनकर अपनी कट्टर नीतियों को लागू कर पाते हैं, या फिर गठबंधन राजनीति उनके रुख को संतुलित कर देगी.
